Nancy Willard joined Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA) as the Director of Finance and Administration in October 2024. With a strong background in finance, operations, and nonprofit management, Nancy brings a wealth of experience to her role. She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Purdue University, which has provided her with a unique analytical perspective in managing financial operations.

Prior to joining HOLA, Nancy served as the Finance and Operations Manager for Cancer Support Community Los Angeles, where she was instrumental in overseeing financial strategy and operational efficiency. She also held the position of Operations Manager at Urban Voices Project, where she focused on streamlining processes and improving organizational performance.

Nancy is excited to take on the challenge of managing HOLA’s finances and administration, supporting the organization’s mission to empower underserved youth through arts, education, and enrichment. Her commitment to excellence and passion for nonprofit work drives her dedication to ensuring that HOLA continues to thrive and grow in its mission.
