Dean Fluker is a Talent Agent at WME, one of the world’s leading global talent and entertainment companies. He has represented a diverse roster of artists, from established names including Seann William Scott, Cristin Milioti, Elizabeth Banks, and Nick Kroll to musicians such as Halsey and Gracie Lawrence, as well as rising stars including Mikey Madison, Cosmo Jarvis, Nicholas Duvernay, and Ryan Destiny. His client work has included Tom Rhys Harries landing the lead role in the upcoming DC feature film Clayface; Cristin Milioti’s Emmy Award–winning role in The Penguin; Mikey Madison’s Oscar-winning performance in Anora; Archie Madekwe’s casting in Emerald Fennell’s Saltburn; and Daniel Ezra’s lead role in Edgar Wright’s The Running Man.
Fluker began his career in entertainment at International Creative Management. In 2014, he joined UTA’s talent department. In 2017, he relocated to UTA’s New York office to strengthen collaboration across departments before returning to Los Angeles in 2019. He now joins WME’s strong talent team in their agency department.
Before entering entertainment, Fluker built his career in politics. In 2006, he canvassed for former Iowa Governor Chet Culver and Representative Bruce Braley. After graduating from the University of Iowa in 2007, he worked as a Field Organizer for Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign and later served as North Carolina Youth Vote Director during the general election—helping deliver the state’s first Democratic victory in 32 years by driving record youth turnout. In 2009, he joined the Obama Administration, contributing to President Obama’s healthcare legislation and the First Lady’s “Let’s Move!” initiative.
