Alison Mills began her violin journey at the age of three, showcasing a deep passion for music from the start. Growing up in Portland, Oregon, she studied under esteemed mentors from the Oregon Symphony and was a member of the Portland Youth Philharmonic, serving as concertmaster for the 2017-2018 season.

Ali graduated from the Biola University Conservatory of Music, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Music degree in Violin Performance under the tutelage of Myroslava Khomik. Her summers were marked by teaching roles and participation in prestigious festivals such as the National Orchestral Institute + Festival in Washington, D.C., and the Aspen Music Festival and School in Colorado.

Looking ahead, Ali is enthusiastic about honing her skills through performance while also focusing on teaching, aiming to pass on her love for the violin and inspire future musicians throughout Los Angeles and beyond.
