Daniel Floyd serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Litigation for Sony Pictures Entertainment, where he oversees SPE’s prosecution and defense, manages copyright, trademark, and patent issues, claims made against and on behalf of the company, content distribution, and all the contractual relationships. Prior to joining Sony, Daniel served for almost 30 years as a partner and top litigator at the prestigious law firm Gibson, Dunn, and Crutcher LLP. Daniel received his Undergraduate degree from UCLA and his law degree from UC Berkeley. A native Californian, Daniel is a proud member of HOLA’s Board of Directors.
