Silvano is an Heart of LA alumnus of 2019 and a graduate of CSU Long Beach with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Silvano’s road after Heart of LA was winding, through UC Merced, Santa Monica College, and CSULB, juggling fatherhood, classes, and work. While in school, Silvano worked as an IT Technician for UGG and held several internships at Deloitte and Microsoft. Since graduating in August 2024, Silvano has secured a coveted position at Amazon as a Software Engineer.
