HOLA Summer Camps provide children with a community of caring adults, who nurture experiential education that results in self-respect and appreciation for the earth we live in. All of the outcomes β€” self-identity, self-worth, self-esteem, leadership, and self-respect β€” build personal competencies. It is our hope that our youth will learn the importance of compassion, contribution, commitment, and character!

We want our parents to tell us that at the end of summer, their children are more caring, understand the importance of giving, are more equipped to stand up for what they know is right, and are willing to be more responsible. Myriad day camps and sleep away camps in the Arts, Athletics, Leadership and Academic Enrichment offer much needed alternatives to neighborhoods plagued with crime and keep teens away from gangs.

Summer Camp:
This summer, HOLA’s Scientific Arts Program will be holding a free Science Camp for youth in grades 5 and up. Weekly themes include Building a City with Minecraft, Lego Mindstorms, and Make: Projectiles. The camp will be held from June 17 through July 26 and students can sign up for one camp or all six.
