HOLA on YouTube

During the first week, Kevin and Miguel joined several of their peers from the YOLA at EXPO program and spent most of their time preparing for their performance with Journey and the LA Phil on opening night at the Hollywood Bowl!!!

During week two, 32 YOLA at HOLA students attended the camp with students from the YOLA at EXPO program. The students spent time practicing and learning new techniques and having just some good old camp fun. One of the highlights of the week was when each camper had to trade their instrument for one they were not familiar with. The owner of the instrument then helped the student learn how to play the new instrument. It was quite a challenging and entertaining exercise. On the last day of camp, the parents of the young musicians were bussed up to the camp for a final concert. It was a wonderful experience for both the kids and their parents.
