HOLA on YouTube

Almost four years ago, Blaine Mallory met Tony Brown at an HOLA art show and she has been a steadfast volunteer since then. Upon hearing that Blaine was a yoga enthusiast, he asked her if she would be interested in teaching a Yoga class at HOLA. Every Monday, Blaine arrives at HOLA, moves tables and chairs, puts up with often being displaced and patiently deals with the mood swings and many excuses that middle and high school students often come up with. “I just love being with the kids.” Blaine has now opened up her class to HOLA Moms and she is very excited to practice her Spanish.

Blaine spent many years doing marketing and public relations in the arts and architecture fields. In her spare time she loves to travel (she’s going to Cuba with her husband next month), read, cook and work in her jungle that is her garden. She definitely does not like to bungee jump or rock climb. Blaine lives with her husband and has a son and a step-daughter who has four-year old twins.
