HOH celebrates Mitchel Moore
Posted by HOLA on July 14, 2011
Mitchel Moore founded HOLA in 1989 with the reopening of the old gym at Immanuel Presbyterian Church, located in the Rampart District. His desire was to provide a safe place for neighborhood kids to gather and to make a vital difference in the lives of disadvantaged inner-city children. Mr. Moore was the 2005 recipient of the Blue Cross of California Community Service Crystal Award for his dedication to inner city children. www.heartofla.org
