Two Deserving Alumni Given Fox Deportes Scholarships

At this year’s 2010 Holiday of the Heart Gala seven students were honored with scholarships.  Two of them, Mario and Esther, were awarded for their outstanding academic records having earned the highest GPAs of the Class of 2010.  Mario, who was also the valedictorian of his class at The School for Visual Arts and Humanities in Los Angeles, gave a beautiful speech that night that brought the room to a standing ovation. Congratulations to Mario and Esther and big thanks to Fox Sports en Español who funded their $2500 scholarships!
