SmartStart Summer Camp Volunteers

Our weekly volunteers are Natalie, Bryan, Alfredo, John, Julie and Tess. They have been consistent with attendance, and have provided great assistance throughout our summer camp experience with our students. Our students have grown so close to each one of them. In addition, we have Melissa and April who are our arts and crafts volunteers. These two young ladies are great as they come prepared each week with art lessons based on cultures and countries they visit weekly with our students. These volunteers come with props and creative activities, but they also leave our students with a small gift each week. We look forward to displaying the work they and our students have created for our upcoming Community Circle on August 27th. We are so grateful to having them this summer. Also, we are completely grateful to our Volunteer Coordinator Zorayda Mejia for all her hard work and dedication to all of our HOLA programs.
