HOLA Alumni Professional Profile: Ed Nochez
Posted by HOLA on February 16, 2009
Ed Nochez, Secretary of HOLA’s Board of Directors, was born in El Salvador and raised in a rough Los Angeles neighborhood. Ed was one of the first five kids to come to Heart of Los Angeles and he was the first in his family and the first HOLA member to go to college. Founder Mitchel Moore was a wonderful mentor for Ed. An honor student and scholar athlete throughout high school, Ed was accepted to Cal Poly and went on to San Luis Obispo’s College of Architechture to earn a degree in Construction Management. Now a Project Manager for Pankow Builders, Ltd, Ed has completed commercial and residential projects throughout the United States.
